I went to the Best Western hotel, where I played a little video game with Josh, then swam some laps in the pool. The fifth roommate showed up there, an Aussie named Craig. He’s not a ski instructor but will work as a mountain host. Those are people who just ride around with free tour groups showing people the mountain. He had been a liftie (lift operator) at The Canyons for two previous winters.
Went to the roommate roundup from there to look for the last roommate but it was disappointing and very weird. A few people came with rooms for rent, but only two guys came looking for a room together. Normally it’s the opposite.
