Local Flavor

Last night we went out to see L's friend, who is a musician, perform at "The Donut Whole" - a little place that serves donuts and coffee. I got a donut and white tea for dinner. The place is some sort of "local treasure" - their donuts are made from only local ingredients and actually they're pretty mediocre. It was full but not crowded. The show was nice, and all of L's friends showed up so I got to meet them. They're real pleasant people and it was fun to hang out. We stayed until pretty late; about 2330.
